Spicy Peruvian Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 box signature mix
- 2 serrano peppers, stems removed and de-seeded
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Cut the leaves into large pieces so it fits in the blender.
- Add all the ingredients into a blender
- Blend and puree until it becomes a smooth thick sauce.
- Adjust the amount of salt and lemon juice if needed. For more or less spice, adjust the number of serrano peppers.
- Chill the sauce for about an hour and store it in the fridge.
- Use it as a dip with french bread, drizzle it over tacos or burritos, or spread it on a sandwich! The options are endless.
